If your mobile audio, video, security product fails due to our installation workmanship, we will repair your system at no charge as long as you own your car.

Purchase Satisfaction Guarantee

If during the first 30 days after your purchase you are not completely satisfied with the product you can exchange it for another comparable model. We will credit your original installation fees toward any new installation fees.

O.E.M. Equipment Installation

 Sounds Audio will remove any equipment purchased from us, and reinstall your factory equipment at no charge for as long as you own your vehicle.

Return Policy

Sounds Audio will return most unused product 30 days from date of purchase.

Exceptions to this are:

Navigation Units – 7 days

 Alarms and Remote Starters – 14 days

 Special Orders are non-refundable.
